  • Make your own polished stone axe workshop 11-12 and 1-2 – Ellon Souter

Pop-Up 2: (Inside Roscoe Foyer – Venue provisionally booked)

  • Find out how archaeologists age, sex and find out about the lives of past individuals using an anatomically correct model skeleton (11am – 2pm) – Sarah Douglas
  • Animals and Archaeology: Hands-on faunal remains – Sue Wyatt/Nick Overton
  • Experimental Archaeology and replicas
  • Skeleton Selfies: Take a picture with Ernest the skeleton (model)
  • ArchaeoTV: Screening of some of the research that has been undertaken by the department (currently: drone footage, making pottery with Ina Berg, Archaeology is…) – supervised by those inside…
